- What you type in the appointment form is not saved on our servers. When you submit the form, WhatsApp opens and you send the message yourself.

Please do not enter your Turkish ID number, test results, or detailed health information in the message field of the form. You can share this information with your doctor during your examination.
Transfers abroad
Our site is hosted with a service provider based in Türkiye. If you contact us via WhatsApp or open the map, your data may also be processed on the relevant service provider's systems abroad. Transfers are based on Article 9 of the Law.
How long do we keep it?
Your cookie preference is kept on your device for 6 months. Your appointment requests are kept for as long as needed to conclude the request, or, if a request becomes a patient record, under the Privacy Notice for Patients and Relatives.
